"Exceptional"
The room was SPOTLESSLY CLEAN! With the current bedbug scare that was the first thing we checked for- no need to worry though! The room also had everything you need for a great stay and it was brilliantly located for our needs. I forgot to pop the 'do not disturb' card on the door so the cleaner did knock and enter- she was absolutely lovely and had a really friendly attitude and didn't mind coming back a bit later. She was so lovely and was doing such a great job we left chocolates for her as a 'Thank you' I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Avoid at all costs. We had a late flight back from Paris and organised a late check in (which they offer) where they leave the keys in a lockbox. We had a horrific time getting back to London but made it to check in right at 11 pm when they close. The keys they left us didnt open our room door - they hadnt bothered to set them up correctly or check they were working. And after 11, no one answers the phone or email. They didnt send us any after hours contact information, so my many calls and emails went unanswered. We had paid but had nowhere to stay. We ended up having to book a room at the nearest hotel last minute at a much higher rate. I didnt get any reply to my emails (I sent video proof that the keys werent working), and I had to call them midday the next day. They couldnt have been less apologetic, they genuinely did not care what we had been through the night before. Their response was well weve refunded you so? I asked for the manager to get in contact because there are glaring issues here, and they should be covering the difference in what we were forced to pay finding an emergency room at midnight. Its been a week and they have not bothered to contact me at all. Truly appalling service.

West Hampstead is lovely. The hotel was close to the station, many restaurants, bus stop that goes to Brent Cross mall and many other locations. Staff members where also lovely.

It was very close to our destination for visiting relatives. It is a great location for travelling into town or getting some fresh air for walk on the Heath. Tube, buses and Thameslink all nearby. Lots of small cafes and shops, including a bookshop. So great location for us. This is the second time we have stayed here and we intend coming again Great facilities in the room, and beds comfortable. Very clean and towels replaced daily.

Really good location. Friendly staff. Near underground and overground. Bus stops in front of the building and there is a direct connection to the city centre. Good room facilities. We have been staying here for the past 23 years. Always very happy.
